The Leasing Foundation announces two new board appointments

The Leasing Foundation has announced the appointment of John Phillipou, managing director of SME lending at Paragon Bank and Aysha Ellis-Aziz, global head of marketing at NETSOL Technologies, to its board of directors.

John joins The Foundation as a director, bringing three decades of experience in financial services and considerable expertise across asset finance, invoice and cashflow finance and specialist SME lending. His appointment reflects the Foundation’s continued focus on leadership to guide its work in supporting talent, inclusion and development across the sector.

Aysha will also join as a director with specific responsibility for events across all workstreams. A long-standing supporter of the Foundation, Aysha has supported the Foundation for many years as an ambassador involved in its Giving initiatives. Her appointment reflects the Foundation’s focus on high-impact events that make a difference in the industry.
