Milan player surprised their new teammate Luka Modric on Thursday with a surprise birthday party after a training session at Milanello.

It begins with Samuele Ricci and Rafael Leao telling a camera that they were preparing a surprise for their teammate.

Modric turned 40 on September 9, but only resumed training yesterday after the international break.
