With their third consecutive victory, Inter Miami reached 55 points and climbed to third place in the Eastern Conference, five points behind leaders Philadelphia Union, who have two more games played.

Lionel Messi, meanwhile, reached 45 direct goal involvements in 38 games this season.

The number 10 star reached 23 goals and surpassed Denis Bouanga to take the lead in the MLS scoring charts, while also ranking second in assists (12), alongside Brazilian Evander.
