🎥 Santa Cruz fans dive into Arruda pool to celebrate promotion

And many Santa Cruz fans decided to celebrate by invading the pool located at the club's social headquarters next to Arruda.

Santa Cruz provided a big screen at the stadium and sold about three thousand tickets so that part of the fans could follow the decision.

But the gates had to be opened because of the large number of interested people.

And the subsequent promotion achieved in Rio Grande do Norte led many fans to celebrate in the club's pool.

Santa Cruz is back in Series C (the last one was in 2021) after not even having competed in the national division last year - which was unprecedented in its history.

The last season had only 13 games. And it ended on March 16.

The Coral Snake did not advance to the group stage of the Copa do Nordeste and, afterwards, only competed in the Pernambuco Championship.

It is in the current Series D this year for having been a semifinalist of the State in 2024.

The focus of Santinha is now to seek the Fourth Division title.

It will have Maranhão as a rival in the semis and, if it advances, will face Inter de Limeira or Barra in the decision.
