Israel Police said they arrested a suspect after four people were injured in what is suspected to be a targeted vehicle explosion in the central Israeli city of Jaffa on Saturday afternoon.
Two men in their 30s were moderately injured with wounds sustained to their legs and torso, respectively.
Two more individuals, both men, were lightly wounded in the blast, MDA said.

Jaffa resident arrested by police
Police said officers from the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district police arrested one suspect, a Jaffa local, shortly upon arriving to the scene of the explosion.
Officers continued patrolling the nearby streets and scanning for suspects, police added.
The incident was of a criminal nature, police noted.
