Barcelona are hoping to continue their winning run against Real Sociedad, whom they face on Sunday afternoon at the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys. And ahead of that match, head coach Hansi Flick has spoken to the media in a press conference.
As per Diario AS, Flick spoke on the upcoming match against La Real, which will have his full focus despite the looming Champions League showdown with reigning European champions Paris Saint-Germain.
“They have a clear idea of how to play. They have fantastic strikers and several technical players. It’s a good opportunity to show our quality.
“We are always focused on the next game. Then we’ll see how we want to prepare for the game against PSG, now the most important thing is Real Sociedad. We have four wins in four games, we are going for more. For our fans. We are focused on this next match.”

Flick: Lamine Yamal unlikely to start vs Real Sociedad
Flick was also asked about the situation with Lamine Yamal, who has been declared fit to face La Real. The 18-year-old is unlikely to start due to a lack of match sharpness, although he will get minutes in order to give him some rhythm ahead of a return to the line-up for the PSG fixture.
“He will be in the team for tomorrow and he will be able to get some minutes. I don’t have the feeling that he could relapse, although no one knows for certain. It’s the right time for his return.”
Barcelona are firm favourites to see out La Real, who only got their first win of the season in midweek against Mallorca. However, Flick will not be taking for granted, even with the upcoming clash against PSG, which is more than expected from the professional that he is.
