Patriotism at its finest! By revealing the detailed votes of the 100 journalists for the 2025 Ballon d'Or, France Football has uncovered that both Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Scott McTominay each received a first-place vote.

This was a clear gesture of national pride. Indeed, Kvaratskhelia was ranked first by Georgia, while McTominay received his top vote from Scotland.

The Paris Saint-Germain star finished 12th with 123 points, while the Napoli winger came in 18th with 45 points.

Another somewhat unexpected vote: Mozambican journalist Almiro Santos was the only one to give Kylian Mbappé a first-place nod.
