Anne Hathaway's joined the legions of fans sporting these $50 Birkenstock slides

Everyone knows there’s a special kind of bliss that comes from breezing through the day in a pair of super comfortable shoes — even Anne Hathaway. We spotted the Oscar-winning actress sporting Birkenstock’s Arizona slides on Instagram, and what stood out was the effortless summer-to-fall look. They’re ideal for slipping on during warmer days and just as easy to style with socks when the weather turns crisp.

Hathaway styled them with an oversized white buttoned-up top, flowy linen trousers, a stack of bracelets and what looks to be a belt bag worn as a crossbody. In another pic, the comfy kicks were seen next to her during a Pilates workout — proving she's actually a fan and not a one-time wearer.

And she's not the only one who loves these sandals. At Nordstrom, Arizonas have received an overall 4.5-star rating, including 2,250 five-star raves — and for good reason. Along with the aforementioned comfiness, they feature a contoured shock-absorbing footbed and built-in metatarsal arches to provide all-day support.
