Taylor (24-1) and Serrano (47-3-1) competed in MSG in 2022 for undisputed lightweight gold. Dubbed the Fight of the Year, Taylor edged Serrano in an instant classic.

Between the first and second fight, Taylor suffered her first loss but beat Chantelle Cameron in a rematch to become the undisputed super lightweight champion. Serrano became undisputed at featherweight and has competed in three-minute rounds.

The rematch on the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson card was also hard-hitting. Several headbutts from Taylor affected Serrano's eye, and the former was even deducted a point. The Irish fighter won once again in a fight many believed Serrano won.

Over 50 million households saw the rematch on Netflix, while Taylor and Serrano broke records during the first fight. What can we expect with what could be an epic trilogy

Back where it all began, Taylor and Serrano are ready to put on another performance to remember. Taylor looks for the clean sweep, while Serrano, a seven-division champion, looks to finally beat Taylor and enhance her resume by holding more gold.

"This is still the biggest fight in boxing right now," Taylor said. "As far as I know, this is the first trilogy in the female fight game, so we're creating history once more. The first two fights were absolutely epic, two of the most exciting fights of the year, and I'm pretty sure number three is going to deliver again."

"This trilogy is granted because I feel like I won this fight," Serrano said. "Clearly. I think the world, the millions of people who were watching on Netflix, felt like I won this fight. Nonetheless, Katie Taylor is a great champion and I can't wait to share the ring with her. Once again, the third time's a charm for us here in New York. It's a full circle coming back to New York and I'm just excited."
