What option for Monaco after Zakaria's injury?

A major blow for AS Monaco. Their captain and midfield general, Denis Zakaria, will be sidelined for about two months due to a groin injury.

In response to this situation, the club is considering using the "joker" transfer option, a provision allowed in Ligue 1 in the event of a serious injury. However, the rule stipulates that the recruited player must come from another French club. Coach Adi Hütter confirmed that this option is under consideration:
