Two players were caught red-handed using Chat GPT—not for their homework, but for a post announcing their departure at the end of the transfer window.

Fabio Silva (Dortmund) and Christantus Uche (Crystal Palace) didn’t have much in common before several internet users uncovered the curious link between them.

Their farewell posts published on Instagram were perfectly identical. Same phrasing, same emotion, same punctuation.

Of course, fans didn’t miss it. Some smiled at the amusing situation, while others pointed out the lack of sincerity.

Moral of the story: AI can lend a helping hand, but when it comes to saying goodbye, a touch of personality never hurts.
