Week 2 of the NFL season is upon us. The Tennessee Titans will try to avoid falling to 0-2 today against the Los Angeles Rams. Of course, the problem is they are facing a more talented team than they are for the 2nd straight week. That will be the case most weeks this year, unless Cam Ward can go ahead and elevate this roster the way that star quarterbacks do. He has that in him. The only question is, how long will it take him to get there?
Today, the biggest issue is that they are missing JC Latham. That means that whoever starts at right tackle is not going to be very good against a very good Rams pass rush. Whoever it is is going to need a lot of help. It would also be a good idea to maybe roll plays away from the right side to keep from getting Ward killed.
I hate writing these and being negative, but I have a lot of trouble seeing how the Titans are able to get much done on offense in this one. What say you?
