The PDC's Premier League adds another nation to its 2026 schedule

The PDC's Premier League has added to its European reach as it confirmed its schedule for next year's tungsten roadshow event.

Belgium's AFAS Dome in Antwerp will host the world's top darts stars on Thursday February 12 on a ground-breaking night for the tournament. There will now be 5 different nations on the list of stops for next season's League stages before a return to the UK Capital for finals night.

The new Premier League season will begin in Newcastle a week earlier on Thursday February 5, as sport's biggest party returns to 17 venues across the UK and Europe.

"We're delighted to be able to take the BetMGM Premier League to Belgium in 2026 during what will be our widest-reaching season yet," said PDC Chief Executive Matt Porter.

"Belgium has successfully hosted sell-out European Tour events in recent years and the sport has enjoyed huge growth there in recent years, supported by our broadcast partners VTM and inspired by the big-stage success of Dimitri Van den Bergh and Mike De Decker.

"We're sure that the visit to the AFAS Dome will be another hugely popular event, adding an extra dimension to the Premier League following the sell-out success of the 2025 season and the thrilling finale we enjoyed in London."

The 2026 Premier League will be staged on Thursday nights from February until May, as the sport’s top stars - including reigning champion Luke Humphries, World Champion Luke Littler and seven-time Premier League champion Michael van Gerwen - battle it out for the coveted title and £1.25m in prize money.

Following the opening night in Newcastle and the event's debut in Antwerp, February will also feature league nights in Glasgow and Belfast during an action-packed opening month, before visits to Cardiff, Nottingham, Dublin and Berlin in March.

The race to The O2 will intensify in April, with further league nights to be held in Manchester, Brighton, Rotterdam, Liverpool and Aberdeen, before the season draws to a close in May.

The final three league nights will take place in Leeds, Birmingham and Sheffield, which will be followed by the season-ending Finals on a bumper night at The O2 in London on Thursday May 28.

Tickets for the 2026 Premier League will go on sale during October 2025, with ticket information to be confirmed at pdc.tv/PLtickets in due course.
