Smoke clouds across Beit Hanun after IAF strikes 35 Hamas targets

Earlier on Saturday, the IAF struck and killed a terrorist in Hezbollah's anti-tank unit in the area of Khiam in southern Lebanon.

Dozens of IAF fighter jets struck over 35 Hamas terror targets in the area of Beit Hanun in the northern Gaza Strip, the military announced on Saturday evening.

Targets also included underground tunnels and other infrastructure in the area.

Earlier on Saturday, the IAF struck and killed a terrorist in Hezbollah's anti-tank unit in the area of Khiam in southern Lebanon.

The strikes come as both Israel and Hamas blame each other for delays in the hostage deal negotiations. An official from the Prime Minister's office said that Israel has already accepted the Qatari proposal for a deal, while Hamas "rejected the Qatari proposal, is creating obstacles, refuses to compromise, and accompanies the talks with psychological warfare aimed at sabotaging the negotiations."

Meanwhile, Hamas officials told the BBC on Saturday that the Israeli delegation was sent with a restricted mandate, and that it was sent to Doha to waste time.

This is a developing story.
