‘SI’ Swim star flaunts flawless bikini body for epic announcement

Ellie Thumann’s photos in the 2025 Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue — her third consecutive appearance — were epic.

But aside from the SI circuit (including the iconic brand’s Miami fashion show in May), she’s become known online for her fun social media shares that take her fans with her as she jet-sets all over the world.

In other words, no modeling.

The Arizona native, 23, donned a tiny crop top, low-hanging jeans and black high-heels to announce, “Took a year off of modeling, but we back.”

“Needed a minute,” she captioned the share, which started off with a close-up and then zoomed out as she posed for the camera.
