Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich are reportedly closing in on signing Germany defender Jonathan Tah on a free transfer.
Tah is leaving 2024 champions Bayer Leverkusen after 10 years at the end of the season, and the Bild paper said on Tuesday that Bayern's supervisory board the previous day approved a possible transfer.

The report said that Bayern are offering the 29-year-old centre back Tah a three-year deal until 2028. At Bayern, the supervisory board must agree to all big transfers.
Tah was already linked with a Bayern move last year, but the clubs could reportedly not agree on a transfer fee.
Tah said on Sunday after his last home game for Leverkusen that he would make an announcement on his future within the next weeks.
He has suggested he would not be averse to a move abroad and has been linked with Spanish league leaders Barcelona, but it is unclear whether they have the financial means to sign him.
