Bayern Munich board member member for sport can see one thing about his squad that stands out and that has helped power the group’s impressive start to the season — team spirit.

“This mutual trust in the players, the staff, and the coach has developed over the last 19 months. In such a process, there are also setbacks. In the summer, we added more pieces to the puzzle. The Club World Cup, which we were able to experience for just under four weeks, had another huge impact on us as a group. Football is a team sport – on and off the pitch. When things work together, you can be successful,” Eberl said (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).
