Lille captain Benjamin André agrees to Paris FC move

Benjamin André’s (34) prospective move to newly promoted Paris FC has moved a step closer. RMC Sport understands that the Lille OSC captain has agreed to a three-year contract with the Parisian club.

Following the arrival of Moses Simon from FC Nantes last month, freshly promoted from Ligue 2 and with money to spend, Paris FC are looking to add further experience to their squad to avoid the fate that befell AS Saint-Étienne, who, despite spending last summer, didn’t bring in the necessary experience to remain in the top-flight.

André has been identified as a target for Les Parisiens. The Lille captain is expected to be on the move this summer and has just one year remaining on his deal. He has now reached an agreement on a three-year deal with Paris FC, as per RMC Sport.

However, the French midfielder is also the subject of interest from other clubs and he is taking his time before making a definitive call on his future.
