Gasperini effect: Roma exceed 30,000 season ticket sales

The arrival of Gian Piero Gasperini seems to have had a positive effect on the Giallorossi fanbase.

The newly appointed Roma head coach gives the club’s new project credibility which is reflected in the on-going campaign for the sale of season tickets.

As revealed by La Gazzetta dello Sport, in ten days, 30 thousand pre-emptive tickets have already been sold (31,600 were the total confirmations last year), with the forecast of reaching at least 35 thousand by Monday.

The goal is to exceed 40 thousand and get close to the 2001 record (47 thousand).

Last year ended with 38,500 season tickets and 13 sold outs out of 70 games of the Friedkin era, with the last full house (68,145 spectators) in the match against Milan.
