Snag these red-eye ready, overpacker-approved picks from Apple, Beats and more for up to 50% off.
While the Amazon Prime Day has come and gone, there are still deals to be had. I'll admit — it's been a long week and I've been waking up at 5 a.m. every morning this week to comb through all the so-called "best travel deals on Amazon." But as a seasoned shopping editor, I'll be straight. Some deals aren't all they're cracked up to be. But some are!
From gadgets that keep your devices juiced up to bags that take the stress out of packing, these picks make every trip smoother, easier and way more fun. And they're the real deal (as in, actually on sale). If you're plotting your next travel adventure, keep in mind that this is the last day of Amazon Prime Day (I know ... it's been four days), so it really is the time to add goodies to your cart.

This is an Amazon No. 1 bestseller because it's just such a darn good product. Is this the lowest we've ever seen it for? No. But at 40% off, it's still a great deal for something that'll save your clothes from when your toiletry bottles stage a mutiny. Even better, it's a space-saver when you've checked into your hotel or Airbnb and find out your only counter space is a pedestal sink.
Instead of digging through a jumbled pouch or scattering your stuff across the back of the toilet, you just unzip, hang it up and everything's right there nestled in clear, TSA-compliant pouches for you to see. It has multiple compartments to keep things organized and a hook that keeps it hung and out of the way.
Heads up! Not only is this an awesome little gadget, but it's also over 40% off. I have never seen it at the "regular price" of $37, but I do see it run regularly for about $28.
I curse myself for taking as long as I did to get one of these things. No more choosing between charging my phone or my watch while my earbuds die a slow, lonely death in the corner. It powers everything at once and keeps it all neat and organized while doing so. And when you're done, it folds up to about the size of a small wallet, so you never need to make room for it when you're tight on space.
This almost never sells for its list price of $21, but it's often $15, which makes this a great extended Prime Day deal. It has dropped to $10 on rare occasions, but this is a very good price for some priceless peace of mind.
This portable lock adds an extra layer of security to any inward-opening door — and it takes just seconds to install. Slip the metal piece into the door strike, close the door, then attach the red latch. That's it. No one's getting in from the outside, and you can actually relax and enjoy your stay instead of feeling like an unwitting extra in a slasher film.
I haven't seen this drop below $26 in the past six months, so if you have some summer travel on the brain, now's the time to click "add to cart."
The lightweight yet sturdy sling bag is one of those things you don’t realize you need until you're halfway through a trip without it. Our Senior Deals Writer owns one and swears by its adjustable strap, which you can wear across your chest or back, and says it makes navigating airports, day hikes or public transit a total breeze. The fabric is water-resistant, and the stress points are reinforced, so it holds up well even when you're channeling Carrie Coon sprinting through the streets of Thailand a la The White Lotus.
It's small enough to keep a low profile in crowds, but roomy enough to carry what you need for a day out. And if you're packing light, it folds down easily into a larger bag when you're not using it.
Dang! I bought one of these for $12 back in April. Worth it, but I do wish I had been able to snag it for this $10 sale price.
I had been storing my cords, charger and dongles in ziplock baggies and nondescript zip-up pouches for years. Finally, I had enough and sprung for one of these. Dear reader, it's so simple, yet so life-changing. Everything has its place. No more digging around for earbuds mid-flight or realizing my phone cable's still knotted up from TSA screening. It zips up flat and fits easily into a carry-on, backpack or even a seatback pocket, and the waterproof exterior adds a little peace of mind when I inevitably spill a drink during turbulence (because I always do).
I don't need a brand to validate my love of napping — but if they want to back me up, I'm not going to argue. And if they can somehow make napping on a plane actually enjoyable? I'm all in.
This travel pillow generally sells for around $21. I've seen it dip to $15, but this is still a solid deal for avoiding literal pains in the neck. And no, I'm not talking about the frequent-flier-farter in the next seat.
It wraps snugly enough to keep your head from bobbing mid-flight, and the ergonomic grooves help keep everything aligned. So you can actually sleep on that red-eye — even if you're seated next to a founding member of the Mile High Toots Club.
My family swears by these so much that I have one, my husband has one and so does my son. And we take them on all of our travels. At this price, I'm tempted to get another... just because I'm a shopping addict. No other reason!
They pack down small and are exactly what I need for beach days, hikes or last-minute errands on the road. I've used mine on the beaches of Barcelona, the streets of Palermo and up the sides of Teotihuacán. It's practical, lightweight and pulls double duty as a shopping bag, daypack or beach tote. It's the ultimate multitasking bag that works for whatever the day or destination calls for.
If your suitcase turns into a black hole by day two of your trip, packing cubes might be just the upgrade you need. And, at nearly 30% off, these are a great option. This set helps keep your gear sorted, visible and — maybe best of all — easy to grab without the need to rummage around. It has a variety of cube sizes, so you can keep shoes, shirts, bottoms, intimates and accessories all neatly organized in their own space.
The mesh tops keep everything ventilated and let you see what's inside without unzipping, and the lightweight material helps prevent your bag from creeping over the weight limit.
Chronic packers, rejoice! This handy little gadget will keep you from doing the airport check-in shuffle — you know, the frantic repacking act in front of the whole line because your suitcase is suddenly 4 pounds over. Just hook it on, lift your bag and boom — the digital screen tells you exactly how much you're lugging. It's lightweight, easy to stash in your carry-on and way more reliable than your bathroom scale. Bonus: The rubberized grip means it won't slip while you’re weighing that jam-packed bag full of "just-in-case" shoes.
Not only is it essential that I have my favorite toiletries with me when I travel, it's important that I'm able to squeeze the ever-loving last drop from the bottle. This travel set lets me do just that. I also love how the four silicone bottles nest together with four cream jars and a handy spritzer. And this is all TSA-compliant for a speedy jaunt through security!
You don't want to be stuck in a new city without a juiced-up cell phone to get you around. You're gonna need to adapt... actually, you aren't — you can be as American as you want to be, but you're going to need a really good outlet adapter. This two-pack will keep your devices all juiced up. We love that it has USB and C-cord outlets, as well as a three-prong and three additional two-prong outlets.
While crying babies on flights don't generally bother me, whining, snoring and endlessly chatty adults do. My husband got me these cans last year for our anniversary, and they've become my No. 1 favorite travel item — they hide my inner misanthrope while giving all my devices stellar sound. And they're more than 50% off during Prime Day.
These don't have active noise cancellation, but they do offer passive noise cancelling, which is more than enough to drown out the droning details of the personal life of that guy in the row behind you, so you can actually focus on the in-flight movie.

Landing at your dream destination after a marathon of flights and layovers? Awesome. Realizing your luggage decided to take its own little side trip? Definitely not awesome.
That's why an AirTag is one of my non-negotiables. Sure, it's perfect for tracking a rogue suitcase, but it also comes in handy for keeping tabs on your purse or even your parked rental car when you're wandering around in an unfamiliar place, half-fogged by jet lag. This four-pack — over 30% off — is ideal for sharing with family, or just keeping a couple of extras on hand for peace of mind.
