UTPB senior Carson Johnson was named to Third Team All-Lone Star Conference as a utility player for the 2025 season.
It is his third straight all-conference nod after being named to the second-team in both 2023 and 2024 as a second baseman.
Johnson was one of four Falcons to start in all 50 games this season, starting 26 games at second base and 24 at third base.
He also moved over to play first base in six games and batted in the three-hole in the Falcons’ lineup in 46 games.
He led the team in runs scored (52), triples (4), runs batted in (53) and slugging percentage (.613); and was second in batting average (.381), at bats (168), hits (64), doubles (16), total bases (103), walks (24) and on-base percentage (.463).
He also added five home runs and had five hit by pitches, five sacrifice hits and four sacrifice flies.
Defensively, he recorded 98 assists and 62 putouts in 177 chances, and helped turn 22 double plays.
