Chelsea fans’ preferred lineup against Brighton: Garnacho, Gittens don’t make the cut

Chelsea are in the midst of an injury crisis, but a couple of our big-money summer signings have not yet convinced the WAGNH Community that this would be the ideal time for them to start and start making an impact. Neither Alejandro Garnacho (46%) nor Jamie Gittens (12%) make the cut for this weekend’s people’s choice lineup.

Instead, it’s Andrey Santos who jumps the queue by collecting more votes than Enzo Fernández, even. Either Santos or Enzo could play the most advanced of a midfield trio.

Meanwhile, in defense, we have a scrambled situation as both Tosin Adarabioyo (40%) and Wesley Fofana (36%) have been ruled out since most of the voting was conducted. Next man up would be Josh Acheampong (31%), and surely Enzo Maresca doesn’t have much other choice either.
