Harry Kane’s tremendous start to the 2025/26 season just keeps getting better and better. The Englishman bagged yet another brace to lead Bayern Munich to an emphatic 4-0 victory over Werder Bremen. Kane’s second goal of the evening also secured the striker’s place in the history books as he became the fastest player to reach 100 goals for a club in Europe’s top 5 leagues in the 21st century. Kane pips the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Erling Haaland, who both needed 105 games to achieve the same feat for Real Madrid and Manchester City respectively.
Among the most impressed with the former Spurs man is Bayern manager, Vincent Kompany. The Belgian coach took the time to shower Kane with praise following yet another phenomenal display.
”It was another great moment for Harry Kane,” exclaimed Kompany (via @iMiaSanMia). The way he achieved this record and still puts in so much work for the team, I think that’s the inner hunger and desire he has.”
Professional is just one of the many words one could use to describe Europe’s most in form striker, but it sums him up perfectly. Not a hint of arrogance or pride despite reaching new heights in his career. Everything he does is for the team, a large reason behind Bayern Munich’s incredible start to the season. Harry Kane is a true professional and role model.
