🚑 Bartra misses training again, Betis unsure if he'll feature

Real Betis returned to training this Wednesday, ahead of their match against Real Sociedad. The session, however, left a detail that worries Manuel Pellegrini.

Marc Bartra, who just a day earlier had sparked hope by returning to work, was absent again, this time due to lower back pain, and his participation this Friday is now in doubt.

The center-back was not the only one missing from the Chilean coach’s call. Nelson Deossa, Ricardo Rodríguez, and Isco Alarcón also did not train with the group.

The Malaga native continues on his own path, taking refuge in the gym, where he is patiently working on his return. The club insists he is progressing as planned.

The locker room awaits explanations, and it will be Pellegrini who speaks this Thursday. The Chilean will have to put words to an uncomfortable present, where the points are not coming and the absences are weighing heavily.

In Heliópolis, the analysis is clear: the team has less than it deserves. And the clash against Real Sociedad comes with the scent of a major test.
