The 2025 MLB Postseason is set to get underway on Tuesday, and after a wild regular season of action, the field is finally set. The Wild Card round features exciting and intriguing matchups that are sure to get the playoffs off to a bang.

Jake Mintz and Jordan Shusterman discuss all the storylines heading into the first round of the postseason, including what should be a classic matchup between the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox to see who will take on the Toronto Blue Jays in the ALDS. The guys then preview another divisional Wild Card matchup between the Cleveland Guardians and the Detroit Tigers.

Later in this episode of the Baseball Bar-B-Cast, Jake and Jordan break down the NL Wild Card series, which includes the Los Angeles Dodgers taking on the heavy underdog Cincinnati Reds, as well as the Chicago Cubs returning to October baseball against the San Diego Padres.
